Stefani Kozlowski, LCSW

About Stef

I’m Stef, a licensed clinical social worker and registered yoga teacher. My background spans multiple levels of care and a wide range of mental health issues. With training in both psychology and the mind–body connection, I help clients understand how stress and healing show up in thoughts, feelings, and the body.

I received my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Roosevelt University, and my Master’s in Social Work from Simmons School of Social Work. My internships focused on acute behavioral health care and conducting diagnostic intake assessments, and providing outpatient counseling in community-based settings.

I became a therapist because I know how overwhelming life can feel, especially when you’re expected to “handle it” all the time. Clients describe me as warm, approachable, and real, with a willingness to bring in humor when it’s needed.

Outside the office, you’ll usually find me chasing my two kids, hanging with my golden retriever, or fitting in a workout. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine connection, so I show up as my real self, and I encourage you to do the same.
